About the Manufacturer
Zentique prides itself in providing products that give a chic antique look and feel. Their designs are purposely created to have a distressed look. Creating a distressed look can include but not limit to rusting, paint chipping, unfinished look, cracks, and air bubbles in glass vases. Please keep in mind that some may look more heavily distressed. This look was created intentionally to allow customers to have and own an antique piece of furniture without the years of aging and weathering.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for Zentique items at any time within 7 days of the purchase date, as long as the order has not been shipped. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

When Your Order Ships
In-stock Zentique items ship directly from the manufacturer in 7-10 business days. Transit times vary depending on location, but most deliveries are made within 10-15 business days of order placement.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide at checkout.
How Your Order Ships
We will ship your order using the fastest and most reliable method. Generally, our smaller items will ship via FedEx or UPS. Larger, heavier items ship on a pallet via a top tier LTL/ Freight Carrier.

Return Eligibility: 30 days, 15% restocking fee
Unused, resalable merchandise in new, unmodified condition and in original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
