When Your Order Ships
In-stock Padma's Plantation items ship directly from the manufacturer in 5-7 business days. Transit times vary depending on location, but most deliveries are made within 7-14 business days of order placement.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide at checkout.

How Your Order Ships
We will ship your order using the fastest and most reliable method. Generally, our smaller items will ship via FedEx or UPS. Larger, heavier items ship on a pallet via a top tier LTL/ Freight Carrier.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Home Delivery (Free!)
Small items will be delivered right to your front door with no signature required (unless requested). Larger/bulkier items will be delivered curbside and arrive on a pallet or in a box. The shipped items will be placed fully packaged on a driveway or curbside, as can be accomplished by a single driver. The drivers are not required to assist the customer on drop-offs. The customer is responsible for having the appropriate personnel at the time of the delivery.

Threshold Delivery (+$185)
This shipping method is available for large items requiring freight shipping. The  service includes two men on a delivery truck who will deliver furniture to the first dry area in your home as determined by the shipping carrier - typically either immediately inside the front door or the garage (if obstacles prevent easy access to the front door). 

White Glove Delivery (Call for Quote)
This service includes two men on the delivery truck who will deliver furniture into the home, set it up in the room of your choice, and remove the packing materials. This shipping method is available for large items requiring freight shipping.

NOTE:  All Large items that require freight shipping include an appointment. The carrier  will contact you to schedule a morning or afternoon delivery window approximately 48 hours to one week prior to delivery.

RETURNS

Return Eligibility: 30 days, 10% restocking fee

Unused, resalable merchandise in new, unmodified condition and in original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of delivery date.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee.
  • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.
  • We will refund the total paid minus original and return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when original purchase was made.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance Items
  • Special Items
  • Items marked "Non-Returnable"
  • Furniture or decor that is made-to-order (noted in product descriptions)
  • Items discounted for final sale
  • Custom order merchandise
  • Items that have been modified from their original condition in any way
