Buying Furniture from Nook & Cottage: Coronavirus Update

The whole nation is experiencing the impact of the Coronavirus and small businesses in particular, are taking the hardest hit.  In the midst of it all, we wanted to make sure our Nook & Cottage friends & family know that we are still in full swing!

If you are looking to fill some empty spaces in your home with beautiful and quality built pieces, here is what you can expect from us at Nook & Cottage and an update on how the Coronavirus is affecting us and current orders:

CURRENT & FUTURE ORDERS

Stocked Items
So far, we are NOT experiencing any delays with in-stock items. The estimated arrival dates listed are current and up-to-date!

Made-to-Order Items
While none of our made-to-order items are from China, many of them are from overseas. At this time however, most orders remain unaffected and all of our manufaurers are still in full operation. A very small percentage of these orders are experiencing minimal delays (an additional 1-2 weeks).

We are in close contact with our manufacturers and will continue to keep all customers apprised with updates on their orders as we receive them.

SHIPPING

White Glove Deliveries
All White Glove Delivery options are currently suspended for the safety of our customers. Once our carriers resume these services and we feel it is safe, this delivery upgrade option will be made available again at checkout.

Signature at Delivery (Bulky Items/Freight Deliveries)
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, drivers may ask to sign on your behalf. We encourage the use of safe social distancing practices to keep both you, your loved ones, and our drivers safe.

INVENTORY

We receive daily and weekly inventory reports from our vendors. If it's in-stock, it is available to ship!

As always, if you have any questions or would like assistance with an order, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 470-588-6665 or email info@nookandcottage.com.

Now, more than ever, is the time to support small businesses. If you can't or are no longer able to dine in at restaurants, order take-out! Support local businesses by continuing to shop where you can. Support online retailers like ourselves by continuing to purchase online. We can weather any storm if we support eachother. #StrongerTogether

Much love to you all,
